"Realignment of Interlocked LC gate rod running. The work involves, releasing of existing Hand Plunger lock and E-type locks at LC gates and refixing the same by lifting and vertically fitting at hip level either on a Rail post or A base, Lifting and realignment of complete rod transmission assembly at LC gates involving (a)Replacement of worn out cranks with associated fittings (b)Shifting of A base & ground connections for more than 0.7mtrs from edge of sleepers for BCM working (c)Lifting and aligning of 3 trestles (d)Replacement of broken/ damaged segment top/bottom rollers (e)Providing suitable offsets for the roddings (f)Replacing of corroded roddings and also any other associated works including concreting, welding, cutting, bending, jointing, transporting, loading, unloading, etc. for the successful completion of the work as per instruction of Railway supervisor at site. [Supply of HP lock, A type foundation, Rail Post, trestles and rollers are not covered in the schedule] (Required Cement, sand, stone jelly, paints, bolts & nuts, rodding-6mtrs, solid rod joint-4nos, Straight crank-2nos, e-type lock with key2nos, screw joints3nos and other miscellaneous materials required for successful completion of the work shall be supplied by the contractor.) "

Supply and Laying of DWC split pipe of 120/103mm Dia, in already dug cable trenches. (Inspection of DWC pipes by RITES)

"Releasing and refixing of Signalling gears for deep screening of point and crossing by BCM. The work involves Dismantling and Releasing of existing Point Machines including ground connections and all its accessories, Releasing of Point CTB and all its accessories, Releasing of TLD boxes with stumps, erminals & lead wire complete without any damage to the gadgets and Securing cables, which are infringing BCM working. Excavation of pit, erection of released point CTB and concreting as per 5 Drg. No. SG/CN/02/8, Installation of IRS combined type point machine and connecting all ground connections, wiring and terminating interconnections between Point Machine and Point CTB through PVC hose pipe, Provision of TLD boxes, painting of track particulars and termination of track lead & tacables, as it was. (Supply of combined type point machine ground connections, insulations, CTBox, PBT Terminals, TLD Boxes with stump and Cables are not covered in this schedule) [All types of bolts nuts with spring flat washers Cement, Sandstone jelly of size 0/25mm PVC/ nylon sleeves, PVC hose pipe, paints and all other miscellaneous materials required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor.]

Protection, adjustments and reinstating of S & T gears by deputation of Helper/Unskilled labour for executing additional Signalling & Telecom portion of the works. The work can involve fixing, releasing, dismantling, replacement, excavation ,clearing of vegetation , loading and unloading of 6 material and assisting skilled persons etc as per instruction of Railway representative at site. (All the materials required for the work will be supplied by Railways). The contractor has to carry materials to field and the released materials from site has to be taken back to the concerned SSE/Signal/Telecom store. The contractor has to arrange necessary tools such as bar, sickle, cutter, pick axe, rake, hoe etc as per Railway representative instruction

The work can involve fixing, releasing, dismantling, replacement, painting or 7 alteration of various signalling assets or parts, termination of cables, minor patch work on damages at location box , Plastering, concreting brick work , wiring alterations , cable jointying etc as per instruction of Railway representative at site, (All the materials required for the work will be supplied by Railways). The contractor has to carry materials to field and the released materials from site has to be taken back to the concerned SSE/Signal/ Telecom store. The contractor has to arrange necessary tools for carrying out the work as per Railway representative instruction"

Termination of main, tail, Signaling and power cables and internal wiring on terminal/ fuse blocks in new apparatus cases, cable termination boxes and in gate Lodges excluding cable termination rack at relay room. The work includes fixing of all new cables by teakwood clamp on teakwood base plank, fixing of Phynolic synthetic industrial fibre base fine weave cotton fibre board 6mm thick for terminal board to suit each apparatus case, varnishing all teakwood items, fixing of terminals/ fuse blocks 8 on the terminal board, drilling of necessary holes, termination of cables, wiring, identification of cables using aluminium tags with letters punched neatly, as per approved circuit diagram and cable plan, painting of particulars on sleeves and also on the inner side of the doors of apparatus cases. After terminations are over, the side openings of apparatus case foundation shall be closed with brick work, cement plastered, the inter-space filled with river sand up to base level and the bottom surface shall be sealed with sealing compound.
