Supply of Digital AC/DC clamp meter cable of measuring low currents in mA range as well as high current up to 60A in AC and DC similar to model No. UT211B or better. (Inspection by Consignee)

Supply of Channel pins MS (Galvanized ) single groove,7 mm suitable for 4 mm dia bonding wire as per spec No IRS S 17 & RDSO Drg No. S-69/M.(Inspection by consignee).

Supply of GI wire 8 SWG (4mm dia) suitable for track circuit rail bonding.(Inspection by consignee).

Supply of Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE Pipe with associated collars etc. as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/204/2011 or latest anti-rodent & anti-oxidant and non flame propagating type in 6 meters straight length and of size 120 mm outer dia,& 103.5 mm inner dia. (The manufacturers,suppliers must 7 produce valid IS license and should be certified under ISO 9000 and shall submit copy of certificate). One of the following coupling arrangements should also be supplied with each pipe as per the site requirement. 1) Suitable snap fit coupler with rubber 'O-Ring 2) Spacers 3) Tees 4) Bend, 5) Endcap (The total quantity of above items is equal to no. of pipes supplied.) DWC pipe shall be marked at every 1 mtr length in such a way that manufacturer's name, vender name and year of manufacture can be easily identified.(Inspection by consignee).

Concreting on Railway cables/S&T gears with 1:3:6 ratio of good quality of cement, sand, stone 8 chips to be used for concreting purpose (of size 12mm stone chips approx.) in massonary work. All materials required for execution of the work will be supplied by firm as per site engineer. This includes water curing of concreted portion for minimum 3 days. Associated work of digging etc. to be done by contractor. The work has to be executed as per the director of railway engineer at site. Including the width, depth and thickness of concreting.

Protection of Track lead cables of DCTC/AFTC by using sleeper clamp and HDPE pipe: The existing track lead cables to be disconnected at one end and drawn through HDPE pipe of suitable dia and length. HDPE pipe to be drawn through eye of the sleeper clamp which is firmly fixed to the sleeper by using bolts & nuts. 9 Ballast to be cleared underneath the sleeper for fixing of sleeper clamp (Up to 2clamps per sleeper shall be fixed) Track lead cables are required to be reconnected.( Metal sleeper clamp along with nuts &bolts, HDPE pipe, bond pins & taper pins as required will be suppied by the Railways.) ( Provision of drill holes where ever required is not covered in this schedule ) The work shall be carried out asper the instruction of the Railway representative at site. ( Unit Nos means: Feed end/ Relay end of DCTC/AFTC)

Road crossing/Track crossing through Horizontal boring method as advised by the engineer at site. 10 This includes the supply and insertion of GI pipe (80mm)conforming to IS:1239 heavy class in the bore drilled with the coupler between two pipes. All the joints of asing pipes should be tight and leak proof. [GI pipes shall besupplied with RITES Inspection]

Excavation of OFC cable joint pit and provision of RCC joint Loop chambers of 1.2 mtrs dia, 60cm 11 height and 50mm thickness with 2 pieces top and bottom cover with holes for drainages (reinforcement as per DRG. No. OFC/2009/17). This includes filling up of sand complete in the joint chamber after cable laying, back filling and consolidation of soil around the chamber, disposal of excess soil as per plan or as advised by railway engineering site. (Inspection by Consingnee).

Supply & laying of OFC HDPE pipe ( 33 mm inner dia, 40 mm outer dia) as per Specification 12 No.RDSO/SPN/TC/45/2013 with revision 2 or latest with accessories including [Adequate No. of plastic couplers. Two Nos each of end plug, cable sealing plug and end cap shall be supplied along with each coil One number of Duct cutter, C spanner and chamfering tool shall be supplied as per RDSO spec'n. HDPE duct coil length shall be 1000 meter +5%, -2%. (Standard length with Tolerance as RDSO spec.) (Inspection by consignee)

Blowing/Drawing of OFC cable in the permanently solid lubricated-HDPE telecom pipe (33mm Inner dia) This work includes conducting necessary duct integrity test for solid lubricated HDPE pipe.

Cutting of platform surface (Tile/Slab) for a depth of 25cm and a width of 10cms and refilling 14 /Reconditioning/Concreting /Repairing the platform after laying HDPE/PVC pipe and cable. Cutting should be done with concret cutting machine in proper manner and restore the same as before in such a manner that aesthetic of the platform is not disturbed. (Laying of pipes/cables not included) .

"Supply and installation of Optical fibre Cable joint closure conforming to TEC Spec No.TEC GR/TX/OJC/002/03 April.2010 or latest and splicing of Optic fibre cable (24 fibres) and testing of fibres for 1310 & 1550 nm. (Inspection by consignee)."

Hot dip Galvanizatitzen of signal post and ladder (4.6m tall.140 mm dia /3.60 minll, 140 mm dia)clamps and other materials related to Signalling. Minimum DF thickness shall be 80 microns. Transportation of 17 materials from site/store galvanization workshop and back to site/stores not included this schedule Transportation charges will be as per relevant SOR schedules. Test certificate showing the DFT, toped galvanization, materials used etc, from galvanizing firm for each batch to be submitted. (Unit is calculated based on the weight of the Signal poles, ladders, clamps, rodding's etc.)

Supply and provision of normal joint using heat shrinkable jointing kit complete for 6 quad cable 18 normal joint conforming to RDSO spec. No.77/2012 (Rev.3) with latest amendment. The work includes excavation of joint pit and closing the same after completion of cable joint as per the instructions of Railway representative at site. Heat shrinkable jointing kit and all other miscellaneous materials required for the work shall be supplied by the Contractor. (Inspection by RDSO)

Protection, adjustments and reinstating of S & T gears by deputation of Helper (Simi skilled) etc for executing additional Signalling & Telecom portion of the works. The work can involve fixing, releasing, dismantling, 19 replacement, excavation, clearing of vegetation loading and unloading of materials and assisting skilled persons etc as per instruction of railway representative at site. (All the materials required for the work shall be supplied by Railways. The contractor has to carry materials to field and the released materials from site has to be taken back to the concerned SSE/Signal store. The contractor has to arrange necessary tools such as bar, sickle, cutter, pick- axe, rake, hoe etc as per railway representative instruction).

Supply of True RMS Digital Multimeter similar to Fluke 179 or better (As per the specification attaahed)(Inspection by Consingnee).

Supply of weather proof rain protection covers made with polyolefin polyethlene sheet Avg, Random thickness upto 200 microns and the sheet processed with CX slurry polymerization to men good regidie 22 less drawdown and malleability, stress crack resistorice and suitable to fox at four side of the 2 Aspect IRS type CLS unit duly provided with prestiched grippling elastic on the edge of the cover along with suitable lacing rope to bind the cover over the base. Size 120 on length x 45 cm widthx 23m Top Retroreflective white band 3 inch width) cross mark to be made available on cover. (Sample to be approved by the consignee prior to bulk supply)

Supply of 4 Aspect Rain Protection covers made with polyolefin polyethylene sheet Avg, Random thickness up to 200 microns of and the sheet processed with CX slurry polymerization to meet good rigidity, less 23 draw down and malleability, stress crack resistance and suitable to fix at rear side of the 4 Aspect IRS type CLS unit duly provided with prestiched gripping elastic on the edge of the cover along with suitable lacing belt to bind the cover over the base, Sixe: 200 cm length x 45 cm width x 23 cm Top. Retroreflective white band (3inch width) cross mark to be made available on cover. (Sample to be approved by the consignee prior to bulk supply)

Releasing and refixing point m/c (All types) and its gound connections(Existing point machine) 24 including wiring and termination in Point m/c and interconnections between point m/c and CT box through PVC hose pipe and painting (All types of insulations connected to point work , all types of bolts and nuts,washres springs/flat , PVC hose pipe, 3/0.75 sq.mm copper wire, 7/1.4 sq.mm copper wire, paints and other miscellaneous items shall be supplied by the contractor).The work shall be carried out as per the instruction of Engineer at site.

Releasing and refixing of cable termination box for point machine(Existing pt box)- This work 25 involves breaking of concrete and releasing the existing cable termination box and keep it aside. Casting of foundation and erection of the released CT box and carrying out the interconnection between point machine and CT box. The work shall be carried out as per the instruction of Engineer at site.

Supply of Electrical operated drilling Machine-110V/50Hz AC/DC, Drilling Dia in steel of 13/ 8mm, 550 Watts, no-load speed of 1000/1900RPM similar to make BOSCH Model No.GBM 13.2 or better.(inspection by consignee)

Provision of Tie-bar Fencing arrangementfor the protection of location boxes ( Tie-bar set Size 1.5x2.5m ) -The work involvesexcavation of pit to a depth of 800mmfrom surface & minimum diamter of200mm, erection of iron channel inside thepit and concreting the pit to minimumheight of 400 mm from the bottom. 27 Thework further involves fixing the steel tie-bar fencing sets, fastening with suitable GIbolts and nuts, painting entire fencing withone coat of aluminium paint. The resultantpit shall be covered with earth andconsolidated by ramming and levelling. (Minimum provision would be provision of 4sets of tie-bar fencing that includes gate and 5 iron channels - 10 mtrs perimeter)(Cement, River sand, Stone jelly of size20/25 mm, paint , bolts and nuts shall be supplied by the contractor) Unit -Meters (Tie bar sets, Iron channels will be supplied by the Railways).

All type point machine ground connections to be released carefully without damaging, kept aside and re-flx the same after completion of engineering work.

Installation of Electric Point Machine 220 mm throw with Clamp type lock for Thick Webs Switch- installation of TWS point machine, Spring setting device, connecting all ground connections including wiring and termination in point machine and interconnections between point machine and CT has through PVC hose pipe with 3/0.75mm and 7/1.4 mm copper wire and painting. This work includes provision of insulation material. provision of necessary holes wherever required. cutting of notches on the point machine cover to suit crank 30 handle configuration and locking arrangement using padlock as instructed by Rly representative at site (2 20 mm throw point machine spring setting device along with ground connection, uninsulated throw bar lug and P brackets etc will be supplied by Railways) (All types of insulations connected to point work, all type ol bolts and nuts, washers spring/flat Wire PVC 3/0.75 mm &7/1.14 mm copper, PVC hose pipe paints PVC/nylon sleeves and all other miscellaneous materials required for the work shall be supplied by the Contractor) (The work shall be carriedout as per the instruction of Rly representative at site. This schedule includes the transportaion of Railway materials from SSE /S/SPM/PER stors to work spot)
