Excavation of Cable trench across the concrete flooring / road / track as per description enclosed in Annexure -I and in Drg. No. CEE/CN/MS/01-2018 complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Breaking of cement concrete flooring as instructed by Engineer-in-charge at site.

Supply and provision of mass concrete for platforms or elsewhere with 1:3:6 ratio using 20 mm blue metal complete in a manner as directed by the Section Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and Laying of 50 mm Dia HDPE pipes in the excavated trench, on walls or on platform shelter etc., including suitable fixing arrangement complete in a manner as directed by Section Engineer-in- charge at site.

Supply and fixing of Cable encasing pipe of 'B' class GI pipes 50mm Dia including one number of clamp made out of MS flat of 40mm x 6mm size, one per meter length of pipe and cable sealing compound units open end where ever required as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and laying of 6 SWG GI wire, for earth continuity confirming to IS 12776 complete to be laid along with LTUG cable in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and fixing of cable route indicator made of cast iron plate type as per specification in drawing No.CEE/CN/MS/11-2004 complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Labour charges for Laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG power cables upto and including the size of 50 sq.mm in the excavated trench/on Building walls/Sheds/Shelters etc., as per IS No:1255 complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Fabrication, Supply and fixing of Cable fixing clamps of suitable sizes made out of MS flat of 40mm x 6mm size including painting suitable for clamping/fixing of LTUG cables on the walls/ building/ sheds/ shelters etc., using bolts and nuts as desired by Section Engineer-in-charge at site.

Supply and running of Aerial Mains on the roof truss by 4 numbers of PVC insulated FRLS copper 13 cables of size 7/16 SWG conforming to IS.No:694, 1100 V grade, and 1 number of 8 SWG solid electrolytic copper wire, including fixing. (4 Nos of copper cables each of 1 m & 1 no. of 8 SWG electrolytic copper wire of 1 m length are taken as 1 m for measurement purpose.)

Supply ,Fabrication & Fixing of MS bracket made up of 40 x 12 mm flat including fasteners,pin/shackle insulator etc of suitable size to hold 4 cables and one earth wire over the earth stud as per Drg No:CEE/CN/MS/15-2004 in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer incharge at Site.

Supply , Erection, testing & commissioning of SMC box 150x150x150mm with 1 No in each of 6A 15 strip connector , 16 A porcelain fuse carrier & ceiling rose including locking arrangements, internal wiring and MS clamp for fixing arrangements on existing stanchion/portal/column/wall as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and wiring to Light,fans etc with PVC insulated copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm-3 nos 16 including one number of rigid PVC wiring conduit of 20mm dia and 2mm thick including testing and commissioning from OH mains to Light and fans of Shelter,PVC pipe shall be secured on shelter,PVC clamps.(PVC insulated copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm-3 nos and one PVC pipe are taken as 1m for measurement purpose)

Supply Fixing, testing and commissioning of 18-20 Watts LED Light fitting with 17 Polycarbonate/Metallic body with operating voltage 150-270 V,IP-20 with LED Batten and LED Tube complete against any manufacturing defects. Fitting shall be fixed on side wall / ceiling with TW round blocks including wiring by 3 C x 1.0 sq.mm PVC insulated & sheathed round flexible copper cable in an approved manner as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Removing of existing Lamp Standard post/Rail post by Cutting including transporting to Railway stores and stocking and handover to section in charge with proper challan.

Supply and installation of Cable tray of Size 300mmx50mm height using50x50x6mm angles of 19 perforated cable trays with perforation not more than17.5% fabricated out of Mild steel conforming to IS 2062/1079 and Hot dip galvanized as per IS2629/4759(galvanizing not less than80 microns) in convenient sections, jointed with connectors complete in an approved manner and as directed by the Engineer-in charge at site.

Supply and fixing of 125 A TPN Switch Disconnector fuse wih powder coated sheet steel enclosure 20 shall be of front operated, cubicle type with HRC fuse link in powder coated sheet steel enclosure complete in an approved manner and as directed Engineer in charge at site.

Supply at site, erection, testing & commissioning of wall mounting type ,Single-phase Double door SPN MCB 12 Way distribution board phosphatised and powder coated, with supply and fixing of 1 Nos. of 32 amps DP RCBO, as incoming control with 05 Nos.of 32 amps SP MCBs as outgoing control, all of 10 KA breaking 21 capacities, including internal wiring by suitable wire and incoming cable termination using suitable terminal block with suitable cable gland, earthing / neutral din channel complete with all accessories duly making necessary opening on the wall and masonry work for controlling power/lighting/fan circuits in each building in an approved manner as directed by the section in charge at site.. Note: 1.Bi-metallic washers must be provided for AL & Cu joints and for others GI bolts, Nuts & washers must be used. 2.Cable termination shall be using GI bolts & nuts with flat and spring washers &lugs invariably. 3. Board shall be fixed in concealed manner.

Design, Manufacturing,supply at site and erection of 12 Mtr High Mast with suitable foundation as per the specification enclosed in Annexure-II complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply, Erection, Testing and commissioning of 120W LED Flood light fitting with suitable driver, necessary mounting arrangements and accessories complete in an approved manner and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.

Supply and fixing of 63 A TPN Switch Disconnector fuse with powder coated sheet steel enclosure shall be of front operated, cubicle type with HRC fuse link in powder coated sheet steel enclosure complete in an approved manner and as directed Engineer in charge at site.

Supply of 8 way vertical, Double door MCCB distribution board conforming to IS:8623 (latest), made out of powder coat finished 1.6 mm CRCA sheet steel, having short time withstand current 50 kA per second and complete with electrolyte copper bus bar/earth link / brass neutral bar/DIN rail/cable adopter Boxes etc. with of 1) 4P 125 A MCCB-1 No (confirming to IS:13947 (part 11)) or latest with adjustable thermal settings, fixed magnetic settings as incomer and 2) 4P 63 A MCCB-4 Nos,3) 4P 32A MCCB-3 Nos as outgoing control 25 (confirming to IS:13947 (part II) or latest) with adjustable thermal settings, fixed magnetic settings as feeder control, including Pre-Wired Meter Module with Voltmeter, Ammeter, Selector Switch, Ct's Control Fuse & Indicating Lights and Cable Alley Module - 1 Set complete and provision of the same onto wall using suitable Angle iron frame work and other accessories required complete in a manner as directed by Section Engineer in charge at site. Note: 1.Bi-metallic washers must be provided for AL & Cu joints and for others GI bolts, Nuts & washers must be used. 2.Cable termination shall be using suitable cable gland and GI bolts & nuts with flat and spring washers &lugs invariably.

Supply, erection and testing of L.T. Earthing arrangements duly stenciling of Earth Pit No., resistance value, date etc., as per Drg. no. CEE/CN/MS/16-2004, including supply and laying of earth continuity wire GI, 6 SWG wire of required length and as directed by Engineer in charge at site required.
