Maintenance of water pipe line system free from any leakages and blockages for free flow of water in GI/CI/PVC pipes of size 1/2" to 8" dia. The maintenace work includes dismantling existing pipeline, valves & fittings to required length above/below ground level including earthwork and replacing damaged /cracked/corroded pipe line & fittings and clearing the remaining pipeline relaying the pipe, restore the water supply. Maintenance work includes repairs t o pipeline and bathroom fittings & fastening and cleaning of Over Head Tank o f capacity upto 1000 litres over the staff quarters, cleaning of pipeline in addition to maintenance work connected with non-availability of 1 water/damage/leakage in pipeline, failure of bathroom fittings as and when complaints received. Note 1). The rate inclusive of all men and materials, transportation charges, tools and plants required to carryout maintenance work such as thread, paste, shellac etc. except pipes, pipe fittings, valves which will be supplied by Railway. The contractor sho/required labour during emergency requirement, as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge.section ( All the released materials shall be handed over to stores of SSE/W/SCT. The maintenance o f pipeline include any addition, deletion or alteration made in the existing pipe line systems during the period of maintenance.) 2) Two Plumber (Highly skilled) & Two plumber helper (unskilled) per day. If plumber/helpers fail to attend one day itself for a period of 24 months, the penalty of per day cost will be charged accordingly.( Rate analysis enclosed)

Maintenance o f existing available underground sewer line system i n SSE/W/SCT section's Railway colony area and station premises without any blockage to facilitate & ensure the free flow of sewage water in the existing sewer line with pipe of sizes 100mm to 300mm etc., throughout the day as required by the Railway with contractor's own labour, materials, tools and plants, necessary accessories such as rope, buckets, bamboo splits, twine etc., as specified by the Railway administration with a ) Replacement o f any damaged pipe or structure/materials to the existing system while cleaning/ Removing the blockages by the Tenderer / contractors with his own material & labour, tools and plants etc. b) Engagement of minimum 4 sanitary work labours (unskilled) with supervisor/mistry daily. c) Attendance of nominated /specified supervisor/mistry daily to the Senior Section Engineer /works/SCT. d) Availability of nominated/specified supervisor/ mistry with cell/mobile phone for easy communication with the Railway officials. e) Engagement o f special labour/required labour during emergency requirement, as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Sr.DEN/South Jurisdiction: SW.I. Regulation of control valves for water supply @ SCT & TSI Station. Regulating various control valves of water supply system to staff qrs. at old colony and new colony, service buildings, health units, Running room, pit lines,depot officers, all other service buildings and other amnenity buildings, as per the timing schedule given by the Section Engineer 3 (works). The work includes monitoring of pumping and filling of Over head tanks. The work invoves day and night shifts with suitable rest givers. Competent trained personnel to be deputed seperately for a day and night shift in all the above mentioned stations with all tools, facilities, lighting arrangements etc., as per the terms and conditions enclosed Note: Two semiskilled labour per day. If semiskilled fail to attend one day itself for a period of 24 months, the penalty of per day cost will be charged accordingly. (Rate analysis enclosed)
