The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing certain similar works within the last 7 years. The similar works can be any of the following: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The total value of similar nature of work completed during the qualifying period shall be considered. The value of work completed will not include the cost of any materials issued free of cost by the Railway/Department concerned. Price Variation amount, if any, indicated or incorporated in the experience certificate, will also be considered towards eligibility. The bidder should submit a work experience certificate along with relevant documents, including a copy of the work order, bill of quantities, and payment details. The description of similar work is defined as the execution of wire ropes/chain link mesh work for stabilizing earth/cutting slope/embankment.
