The required prior work experience for the bidder includes work experience certificates issued by any Government Organisation or Public listed companies. For Government organisations, the works executed shall be considered if they are for similar nature of work completed during the qualifying period, with specific categories including: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For public listed companies, the work experience certificate should be for similar work, which is defined as any work using Modern Survey techniques, such as Airborne or Terrestrial LIDAR for High Speed Rail Corridor Projects of Railways or Metros, involving Final Location Survey, Engineering Feasibility study, Preparation of DPR, or Final Alignment Design. The average annual turnover for consideration is Rs 500 crore and above. Additionally, the bidder must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The work experience certificate shall be issued by an officer not below the rank of JA Grade or Bill passing Officer in Railways and Bill passing Officer/Executive In-charge of work in other Govt. / Govt. bodies / PSUs. If a tenderer submits a work experience certificate issued by a public listed company, they must also submit relevant documents.
