The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing satisfactorily building work with a value of not less than 50% of the estimate value under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years in Government or Quasi Government Organizations. The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs.295.00 lakhs. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 50% of the estimate value. The annual financial turnover of the applicant in each of the preceding three years should be more than Rs. 295.00 Lakhs, and the minimum cumulative financial turnover in the past 3 financial years should not be less than Rs. 885.00 Lakhs. The bidder should also have experience in similar works, with specific requirements for graduate engineers and diploma holders, including a minimum of 5 years of experience for graduate engineers and 2 years of experience for diploma holders. Additionally, the bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past five years. The minimum cumulative financial turnover in the past 3 financial years should be 150% of the estimated value of works. The bidder should provide certificates from the competent authority for the works completed as prime contractor on construction of building works.
