The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of building work with a value of not less than 50% of the estimate value under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years in Government or Quasi Government Organizations. The bidder should have completed similar building works costing more than Rs.295.00 lakhs under a single agreement in the preceding five years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 50% of the estimate value under a single contract within the last three years period. Additionally, the annual financial turnover of the applicant in each of the preceding three years should be more than Rs. 295.00 Lakhs, and the minimum cumulative financial turnover in the past 3 financial years should not be less than Rs. 885.00 Lakhs. The bidder should also have experience in similar works, with specific requirements for graduate engineers and diploma holders, including a minimum of 5 years of experience for graduate engineers and 2 years of experience for diploma holders.
