The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a Site Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering or a diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum field experience. Specifically, the bidder should have one of the following combinations: * One B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years of experience, plus two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering or two Retired Junior Engineers * One B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years of experience, plus one more B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder * One Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer), plus two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering or two Retired Junior Engineers * One Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer), plus one more B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder The bidder should have completed similar works, with a value of at least Rs.1,49,50,000, and should have completed such a work in one of the preceding three years. The bidder should have completed works as a prime contractor on Bridge construction works of similar nature costing at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period. The minimum financial turnover in any one of the preceding three years should be more than 50% of the estimated value, and the minimum cumulative financial turnover in the last three years should be 150% of the estimated value, with specific values of 149.50 lakhs and 448.50 lakhs, respectively. The bidder should also have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past five years.
