The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with 5 years experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer), and Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience (or) Retired Junior Engineers. Additionally, the bidder should have a Site Engineer with B.E., (Civil) Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with minimum field experience, specifically one B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with three years experience, or not less than one Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer, Or Assistant Divisional Engineer), plus two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering or two Retired Junior Engineers. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: the bidder should have completed Bridge construction works of similar nature costing at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period. The specific values mentioned are: a single work of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs.180.25 Lakhs, and the bidder should have completed satisfactorily at least one “bridge” work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amount, under a “single agreement” in any one of the preceding three years.
