The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing at least one bridge work of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs.138.10 Lakhs under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed bridge construction works of similar nature costing at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - A single work of similar nature with a value of at least 50% of the tender value. - The annual minimum financial turnover should be more than Rs.138.10 Lakhs in any one of the preceding three years. - A minimum cumulative financial turnover of not less than Rs.414.20 Lakhs from civil engineering constructions in the last three years, which is equivalent to 150% of the estimated value with an example value of 138.10 lakhs being 50% of the tender value. The bidder should also have a Site Engineer with B.E., (Civil) Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with minimum field experience, including: - One B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with three years experience - Or not less than one Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer, Or Assistant Divisional Engineer) - Plus two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering or two Retired Junior Engineers - Or one B.E., (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years experience or not less than one Retired Sub Divisional Officer (AEE or ADE) plus one more BE (Civil) or equivalent Degree Holder. Alternatively, the required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - One B.E. Civil (or) equivalent degree holder with 5 years experience. - Not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). - One Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience. - Not less than one Retired Sub Divisional Officer (AEE or ADE) plus one more BE (Civil) or equivalent Degree Holder.
