The bidder should have achieved certain experience in the last five years, including 3 years of experience for degree holders in Civil Engineering, diploma holders in Civil Engineering, and lab assistants for field testing laboratories. The bidder should have experience in construction works of a similar nature and volume, and should provide information on work performed as a main contractor or sub-contractor. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work equal in value to one-third of the estimated cost of work, excluding maintenance cost for five years.
