The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a Site Engineer with a B.E. (Civil) degree or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum field experience. Specifically, for Graduate Engineers, the experience required is: - One B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years of experience. - Alternatively, one Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer) plus two Diploma holders in Civil Engineering or two Retired Junior Engineers. - Another option is one B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years of experience or not less than one Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (AEE or ADE) plus one more B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder. Additionally, the required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder, 5 years of experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). - For Diploma holders in Civil Engineering, 2 years of experience (or) retired Junior Engineers. The bidder should have completed satisfactorily at least one road work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The value for this single work is mentioned as 101.00 lakhs. The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of more than 50% of the estimated value, which is 101.00 lakhs, and a minimum cumulative financial turnover of 150% of the estimated value, which is 303.00 lakhs, from civil engineering constructions in the last three years. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least five years and should have completed satisfactorily at least one "Road" work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years in Government or Quasi Government Organizations only.
