The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder: 5 years of experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). - For a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering: 2 years of experience (or) retired Junior Engineers. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one road work of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs. 108.50 Lakh under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. Additionally, the work should be similar in nature to the current tender, and the bidder should have completed it as a prime contractor. The similar work should have a value of at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period. The bidder should have completed similar road works costing more than Rs. 79.50 lakhs under a single agreement in the preceding three years. The actual value of work executed as per the final payment and the quality of work done are to be provided. For the Site Engineer, the required prior work experience is as follows: - Graduate Engineers: One B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with three years’ experience. - Alternatively, a Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer, or Assistant Divisional Engineer) plus two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering or two Retired Junior Engineers. - Another option is one B.E., (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years experience or not less than one Retired Sub Divisional Officer (AEE or ADE) plus one more BE (Civil) or equivalent Degree Holder.
