Supplying and errecting for sides & soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Brick work in C.M 1:5 mix using country bricks incuding cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coat using readymixed emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over priming coat (New) including cost and all labour charges etc. complete

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Supplying,fabricating and fixing of Iron purline made with 96x 48 mm M.S Tube and necessary holes,clit plates are provided on the M.S Tube at an appropriate places as directed . And including cost of bolt,nut,washrs etc,. Complete The iron members are painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of enamel paint. The rate is including cost of welding, drilling and fixing the purline with correct alignment in position and including cost of Loading, unloading,Transportation charge and any other I.C etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of iron vertical post made with ISMB 100 R.S Joists of 4.60m height and one number of 100 x 100 x 10mm size m.s plate is used on base plate and same is welded at bottom of the vertical post and one number of 10 mm size m.s plate is used as gueset plate is welded at top of the same post and necessary holes are provided at the base plate and gueset plate at an appropiriate places. the iron post is erected vertically in correct alignment position used with hydralic power crane and the post embeded on the R.C.C. Concrete bed and tightend with base plate in anchor rod using with heavy type nut. the rate including cost of materials, laboure charges such as cutting, welding, drilling, Power consumbtion charges etc complete., and the iron members are painted with one coat of anti corrosive at sincromat primer and with two coat of best enamal paint, and loading and unloading charges conveyance and any other I.C etc. complete., as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing colour coated galvanised sheet for roofing including all labour charges for fixing neccesary bolt, nuts, screws, "J" or "U" bolts etc,
