The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar road works in the preceding three years, with details of works completed, including the value of work as per agreement and actual value of work executed. The bidder should have completed road construction works of similar nature costing at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last five years period. The value of the work put to tender is Rs. 21,700,000, and the bidder should have completed similar road construction works worth at least 50% of this value, which is Rs. 10,850,000, in a single contract within the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have a team with specific experience requirements, including a Site Engineer with a B.E. (Civil) degree and three years of experience, or a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with minimum field experience. The experience requirements for the Site Engineer are as follows: - One B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years of experience - One Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer) - Two Diploma holders in Civil Engineering or two Retired Junior Engineers - One B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years of experience or one Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (AEE or ADE) plus one more B.E. (Civil) or equivalent degree holder. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes having a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with 5 years experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). Additionally, Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience (or) Retired Junior Engineers are also eligible. The bidder should provide a list of similar nature of works executed, including works completed and works in progress, along with certificates from the competent authority for the works completed as prime contractor on road construction works of similar nature.
