The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas is as follows: 1. The applicant should have satisfactorily completed at least one road work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the Estimate Cost under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. 2. The minimum Annual financial turnover of the applicant shall be more than 50% of the Estimate Cost in any one of the preceding three years. 3. The minimum cumulative financial turnover of the applicant shall be not less than 150% of the Estimate Cost from the civil engineering constructions in the last three years. The formulas for calculating the bid capacity are: - Minimum value of similar work completed = 50% of Estimate Cost - Minimum Annual financial turnover = 50% of Estimate Cost - Minimum cumulative financial turnover = 150% of Estimate Cost Alternatively, the formulas can also be represented as: 1. Single work experience: At least one "Road" work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender (including GST) under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. 2. Minimum financial turnover: More than 50% of the estimated tender value (including GST) in any one of the preceding three years. 3. Minimum cumulative financial turnover: 150% of the estimated tender value (including GST) in the last three years. If we denote the estimated tender value as "Tender Value" or "TV", the formulas would be: 1. Single Work Value: ≥ 0.5 * TV (including GST) 2. Minimum Financial Turnover: > 0.5 * TV (including GST) in any one of the last three years 3. Minimum Cumulative Financial Turnover: ≥ 1.5 * TV (including GST) over the last three years
