The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed at least one road work of similar nature with a value not less than Rs.154.93 Lakh under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The bidder should have completed works as a prime contractor on road construction works of similar nature, with a value of at least 50% of the value of the work put to tender in a single contract within the last three years period. The value of similar works completed is required to be more than Rs.154.93 Lakh, and the bidder needs to provide details of at least one similar work completed in the preceding three years. The bidder should have a minimum cumulative financial turnover of Rs.464.79 Lakh from civil engineering constructions in the last three years, which is 150% of the estimated value, and an annual minimum financial turnover of more than Rs.154.93 Lakh in any one of the preceding three years, which is 50% of the estimated value. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past five years and should have completed satisfactorily at least one "Road" work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years in Government or Quasi Government Organizations only. The required information about the prior work experience is mentioned in ANNEXURE "D", which asks for details of similar road works costing more than Rs.154.93 Lakhs under a single agreement completed in the preceding three years. The bidder needs to provide information about the type and nature of work, location, employer, value of work, agreement number, stipulated period of contract, and actual value of work executed. A certificate issued by the Engineer-in-charge for each of the works listed will serve as proof of the work completed, confirming the value of work executed and the quality of work done.
