The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder with 5 years of experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). Additionally, Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience (or) Retired Junior Engineers are also eligible. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least the past Five years. They should have completed satisfactorily at least one "bridge" work of similar nature with a value not less than 50% of the value put to tender, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Amount, under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years in a Government or Quasi Government Organization. A specific amount of 196.82 lakhs is mentioned as a reference to the minimum financial turnover required in any one of the preceding three years. The bidder should have a minimum cumulative financial turnover of 150% of the estimated value, which is 590.45 lakhs, from civil engineering constructions in the last three years. For technically qualified personnel, the bidder should have: - One B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with three years experience in Civil Engineering works, for works valued between Rs.10.00 Lakhs to Rs.25.00 Lakhs. - One B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with three years experience, or not less than one Retired Sub-Divisional Officer, plus two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering, for works valued between Rs.25.00 Lakhs to Rs.50.00 Lakhs. - One B.E., (Civil) or equivalent degree holder with three years experience, or not less than one Retired Sub-Divisional Officer, plus one more BE (Civil) or equivalent Degree Holder, for works valued at Rs.50 Lakhs and above. The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - For works valued at Rs.25.00 lakhs to Rs.50.00 lakhs, one B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with three years experience or not less than one Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer, or Assistant Divisional Engineer) plus one Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering or two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with three and five years experience respectively. - For works valued at Rs.50.00 lakhs and above, two B.E. (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with three years experience or not less than two retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer, or Assistant Divisional Engineer) plus four Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering or four retired Junior Engineers. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one bridge work of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs. 196.82 Lakhs under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The value and percentage of similar works completed mentioned are: - 50% of the value put to tender - A specific amount of 196.82 lakhs - 150% of the estimated value, which is 590.45 lakhs.
