For a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering: 2 years of experience (or) retired Junior Engineers. The bidder should have a Site Engineer with B.E., (Civil) Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with minimum field experience. Specifically, the requirements are: - Graduate Engineers: One B.E., (Civil) or equivalent Degree holder with three years’ experience. - Alternatively, a Retired Sub-Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer, Or Assistant Divisional Engineer) with two Diploma holders. The percentage of similar works completed is 50%, with a specific amount of Rs. 115.28 lakhs. The minimum financial turnover in any one of the preceding three years is 50% and the amount is Rs. 115.28 lakhs. The minimum cumulative financial turnover in the last three years is 150% and the amount is Rs. 345.84 lakhs.
