The applicant should have a minimum cumulative financial turnover of 150% of the estimated value (including the Goods and Services Tax (GST)) of works for which bid has been invited from the civil engineering constructions in last three years. With specific values: - Single work (50%) if Certificate issued by the Engineer – in – Charge – Not below the rank of EE (in lakhs): 111.52 - Minimum financial turnover (50%) in any one of the preceding “Three” years.
