Horizontal stiffeners using 18x5mm MS flat at 0.70 Kg/m at 3 Nos. for each shutter and additional diagonal stiffeners of the same MS Flats at all the four corners of each shutters to the suitable length welded to the shutters, for holding the CR sheets in position firmly. 4 numbers of sturdy hinges and Two number of handle-cum-latch of special type made with 18x5mm MS Flats are revetted to the shutters at an appropriate height in window. Suitable opening is left for its easy operation. A stopper square rod for handle is provided in the mullion section at suitable place to catch the window handle. Each window shutter having an adjustable stay made out of 18x5mm at 0.70 kg/m MS flat of length 320mm with three adjustable position. A matching peg is provided in the outer frame of the window at suitable place. 4 Nos. of hold fasts of 120mm length spliced at the nds are welded to the out frame of the window by using MS flat of 18x5 mm at 0.70 kg/m, welded to the shutter at two place equivalent from each other from top and bottom of the shutter. An MS square bar of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at an equal interval not exceeding 100mm edge to edge between them. All members are painted with one cat of anti-corrosive red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. All sections should be in confirmed with IS7452/1990. The cost includes cost of all materials, labour charges and other incidental charges, etc., complete.

Supplying fixing and errecting of steel roof trusses and roof truss purlins fixing for G.I. sheet roofing using MS. L. angle of size 50x50x6 mm raffter, Tie angles and MS angle of size 50x50x6mm for sturts and MS plat of size 12 mm thick for fixing G.I. sheet. The purlins using MS L. angle of size 50x50x6 mm shall be properly anchored to the supporting super structure and fixed in concrete at wall and spacing of purlins are to be arranged to use the standard size or sheet and spacing should not execeed 1680 mm and free over hang at eves should not be more than 400 mm, the cleats shall be wellded to the trusses firmly and fixed on the down stream side of purlins. The ridge purlins fixed at 77 to 115 mm away the apex of the roof. The trusses shall have welded joints only at all guessets plate junctions except gussets at bottom chords to have bolts and nuts to permit transportation of trusses as directed. The foundation anchor bolts of trusses will be fixed in concrete at wall in bed blocks and well cured, labour for erection of trusses of approved quality transportation, priming coat for all members, cutting, bending, and welding etc., The trusses should be connected at bottom 1 / 3 part by steel tie angles and with top and bottom wind bracings as per design given. The chord of the trusses of bottom channel should suitablely cambered. The truss and purlins should be given priming coat of Rex Oxide primer of approved quality including labour for erection, transportation, wellding etc., complete complying with standard specification.
