(F) BASE FRAME Base frame is fabricated in sheet metal rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brushless alternator close coupled with cross mounted on AVM the base frame shall have provision for mounting acoustic on it . (G) FUEL TANK 100 ltrs removable fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 1.6mm.Draw out type fuel tank of capacity designed by the manufacturer with fuel level indicator , with inlet and outlet arrangement , air vent & Drug plug .

ERECTION ,TESTING AND COMMISSIONING :Transporting 45 KVA DG SET to the site including loading and unloading, Insurance, Excise Duty, VAT and all other taxes etc . Postioning on the PCC platform etc .Initial filling of Diesel, Engine oil, initial charging of battery and erection, Testing Commisioning for 45 KVA DG set.

Supply and installation of exhaust piping of sufficient length with suitable MS pipe so as to extend outside the generator with necessary thermal insulation.

Providing fuel oil to run the set for 8 hours on load testing and commissioning using water rheostat or suitable leading element. First charging of fuel oil to full capacity and first charging of battery while handing over to dept.

Supply and demonstration of the following safety accessories:a) 1metre x 1metre x ½ inch 11KV rubber mat – 2 Nos.b) One set of 4 Nos. 9 litre fire buckets with metal stand frame – 1 set.c) First aid box with medicines – 1 No. d) 11 KV rubber hand gloves – 2 Nos. e) 2kg capacity dry powder type fire extinguishers – 2Nos.f) Hand operated pump to transfer fuel from standard barrel to fuel tank – 1No.g) First aid chart in Tamil and English – 1 No.h) Battery water acidity tester – 1 No. i) Earth Discharge Rod - 1No. j) Danger Board - 1 No. Set

Preparation of site plan, physical layout, Electrical line schematic diagram in 10 sets getting drawing approval from CEIG preparation of completion report, rectification report and arranging CEIG Inspection and obtaining safety certificate preparation of 1 set of approved drawing and a copy of safety certificate in a neat frame work to be fixed in generator room and payment if CEIG inspection fees.

Providing gen set bed size of 6200 mm length x4100mm width x 1200 mm height suitable concrete foundation with cement concrete 1:2:4 with sand cushion all around the foundation erection of 45 KVA Generator set ovwer the existing foundation and erection of generator set with proper alignment over the existing foundation to suit 45 KVA Gen set.
