Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana Tender

The bidder should have experience in civil engineering construction work, specifically: * Total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited. * Work performed as prime Contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. * Work performed as Sub-Contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as prime Contractor or Sub contractor, at least one similar work equal in value to one-third of the estimated cost of work (excluding maintenance cost for five years) for which the bid is invited. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide information on their bid capacity, including existing commitments and ongoing construction works. The bidder should also have technical personnel with the following experience: * 2 Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience in Road Works * 4 Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience in Road Works * 1 Lab Assistant with 3 years of experience in field testing laboratory The value of the contract is Rs.8,06,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs and Six thousand only), which is 2 percent of the estimated value of the Works. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved in any one year, a minimum financial turnover equivalent to: - 60% of the amount put to bid, in case the amount put to bid is Rs.200 Lakhs and less. - 75% of the amount put to bid, in case the amount put to bid is more than Rs.200 Lakhs. If the bidder has executed road works under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated completion period, the financial turnover achieved on account of execution of road works under PMGSY shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this sub-clause. The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated period of completion shall be treated 120% for the purpose of this Sub-Clause.
