Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited. The bidder should have worked as prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as prime Contractor or Sub contractor, at least one similar work equal in value to one-third of the estimated cost of work (excluding maintenance cost for five years) for which the bid is invited. In terms of financial turnover, the bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover in any one year in the last five years, with at least 50% of which is from Civil Engineering construction, as certified by a Chartered Accountant. The minimum financial turnover required is: - 60% of the amount put to bid, if the amount put to bid is Rs.200 Lakhs and less. - 75% of the amount put to bid, if the amount put to bid is more than Rs.200 Lakhs. The bidder should also have a minimum amount of Rs. 170.00 Lakhs, which is more than one-third of the estimated cost of works. The value and percentage of similar works completed required for qualification are at least 50% of the minimum financial turnover, which should be equivalent to or more than 60% of the bid amount for bids of Rs.200 Lakhs or less. Additionally, if the bidder has executed road works under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in the originally stipulated completion period, the financial turnover achieved on account of execution of road works under PMGSY shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this sub-clause. The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in the originally stipulated period of completion shall be treated as 120% for the purpose of this Sub-Clause.
