The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Technical personnel with 3 years of experience in road works, with 2 degree holders and 4 diploma holders in civil engineering. - Lab Assistant with 3 years of experience in field testing laboratory. The bidder should have achieved, in any one year, a minimum financial turnover equivalent to: - 60% of the amount put to bid, in case the amount put to bid is Rs.200 Lakhs and less. - 75% of the amount put to bid, in case the amount put to bid is more than Rs.200 Lakhs. At least 50% of this minimum financial turnover should be from Civil Engineering construction works. The bidder should provide information on similar nature of works completed, but specific values and percentages are not mentioned, except that the bidder should have completed at least one similar work equal in value to one-third of the estimated cost of the work. The bidder should also provide details of similar nature of works, work in hand, and machineries owned or on lease or possessed on hire.
