The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The definition of similar work includes Supply of Medicine through Purchase Order / Work order, Supply and Dispensing of Medicine through Purchase Order / Work order, Running of Pharmacy Services through Purchase Order / Work order, or Contract run through Purchase Order / Work order by any other name in which the scope of work is defined as Supply / Supply and dispensing of Medicines. In case of a Joint Venture/Consortium, the proportionate value of experience in proportion to the actual share of bidder in that joint venture/ consortium will be considered against eligibility. The bidder shall furnish information regarding the actual percentage of share and value of experience accordingly. The bidder needs to provide work order/purchase order/agreement with a bill of quantities and rates along with completion or similar documentary evidence certifying completeness of work issued by the client for works meeting pre-qualification criteria of work experience in Format-2. In case of work experiences with other than Government/Government Autonomous bodies/Public Sector Units, the bidder needs to provide a statement for bill-wise payments up to the final/last bill along with Form-26 AS/16A as per Format-4.
