The required prior work experience for the bidder includes work performed as a prime contractor or as a nominated/approved subcontractor in the last seven years, with a similar nature of work. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) similar works during the last seven years. The similar works can be one of the following: - Three similar completed works costing not less than an amount equal to each of Rs. 265.86 lakh (Excluding GST) - Two similar completed works costing not less than an amount equal to each of Rs. 332.32 lakh (Excluding GST) - One similar completed work costing not less than an amount equal to Rs. 531.71 lakh (Excluding GST) The bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) equal to the amount indicated, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, with an average turnover during the last 3 years being Rs. 199.39 Lakh. The bidder needs to provide information on the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last three years, with a breakdown of the value for each year, and the average value per year. The local content requirement is a minimum of 50% for 'Class-I local supplier', 20% for 'Class-II local supplier', and less than 20% for 'Non Local supplier'. The bidder should have experience in Rectification of Blackspots / Operation and Maintenance/Construction of 2/4/6 lane highway, with the similar work constituting experience in these areas. The bidder should have completed a single work of Rs. 531.71 Lakh or two works of Rs. 332.32 Lakh or three works of Rs. 265.86 Lakh in the last 7 years.
