Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H Specification no. 803.

Road Markers/ Road Stud with Lens Reflector Providing and fixing reflective road studs of ‘category A’ Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methercrylate/ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable o providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORT&H circular No. RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt. 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm, and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/- degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH Circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum 500Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC:35 – 2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification 804 etc., complete.

Street Lighting Supply and erection of 10m hot-dip galvanised Octagonal Pole with BSEN -10025 grade S 355 JO steel plate for shaft, IS 2062 for base plate with door opening arrangement, suitable to withstand the wind speed of 180 KMPH for 10 mtrs height Pole having dimensions Bottom Ø175 mm, Top Ø 70 mm with 3mm thick, base plate 275 x 275 x 16mm confirming to IS Specification and as directed by Engineer In charge & pole drawing. The pole shall be supplied and erected with 1.5 mtrs with 10/15-degree tilt double arm bracket complete with all accessories with MS galvanized 50 / 60mm dia Pipe with 2 / 3mm thick. The pole shall be fitted with 250W to 320W LED dimmable street light with LM 6 Pressure Die-cast aluminum housing. The luminaire shall have dedicated street lighting unique peanut optic lens to ensure a minimum lux level of 40 LUX with uniformity as per IS1944 high spacing with minimum 36 meters from pole-to-pole type. The driver shall be of dimmable type suitable for dimming through streetlight monitoring and control system (multi-step dimmable Driver). As per IS 15885 (Part 2 / Sec 13): 2012, The luminaire shall be used with high power LEDs delivering system lumen output more than 35000 lumens with CCT of 5700K. The efficacy of the luminaire shall not be less than 140 lm / W. Warranty for Luminiare to be 03 Years from manufacturer and the manufacturer to be the reputed organization in business minimum for 10 Years. BIS certificate to be submitted for Luminaire and Drivers along with the bid.A design report is to be submitted along with the bid for the attached road TCS using the above parameters using dialux / calculux software confirming to Minimum of 40 Lux as per IRC: SP: 84-2019. The warranty so provided by the Supplier shall be in the name of NHAI.

For Fixing in Median Double Arm

High mast Light (Avg 40 Lux) Supplying & Fixing of 20 Meters 250W (2400 Lumens, IP 65) Electrical LED High mast Flood Light Automatic dawn dust operation (with timer) with 08nos of luminaire loaded in twin lantern carriage with lightening conductor, earthing terminal, and 2nos aviation Obstruction lights on top of the mast, all complete with all accessories including motor and pully at the junction and civil work performance standard of the scope of work including maintenance & replacement of the same and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Warranty for Luminiare to be 03 Years from the manufacturer and the manufacturer to be the reputed organization in business minimum for 10 Years. BIS certificate to be submitted for Luminaire and Drivers along with the bid. The minimum No of High Mast Light is 02 Nos, the Contractor has to do maintenance for the next 01 year commencing from the completion of work along with payment of Electricity Charges.
