The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in using heavy earthmoving equipment and quality control equipment for Road work & Bridge work, mechanized granular pavement construction, construction of Asphaltic Overlays, and construction of Bridge Works. The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, specifically in Highways and Airfields. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least the estimated cost of the current project, which is Rs.538.12 Lakhs. The bidder should provide details of quantities of major items of work, such as length of bridge, earthwork for embankment, and providing and laying of various materials. The value of similar works completed should be substantiated with proper records and evidence. The bidder should demonstrate experience in similar nature of work, including quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years, such as: - Earthwork: 6358.51 m3 (or 2543.00 M3) - GSB/WMM: 5564.26 m3 (or 2226.00 M3) - BM/DBM: 1085.00 m3 (or 434.00 M3) - BC/SDBC (Wearing Course): 651.00 m3 (or 260.00 M3) - VCC/VRCC: 576.48 m3 (or 231.00 M3) - Steel: 15.21 Mt (or 6.084 Mt) The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract over the last five years, which is Rs.215.25 Lakhs. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of similar nature with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is also Rs.215.25 Lakhs. The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the value of the works. For example, for works up to Rs. 200.00 Lakhs, the bidder should have one B.E Degree Holder (or) one Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works. For works above Rs. 200.00 Lakhs up to Rs. 1000.00 Lakhs, the bidder should have one B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one-year experience in similar works and one Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works. In terms of similar works completed, the bidder is expected to have completed a certain percentage of work within specified timeframes. The details are as follows: - Within the 1st month, 10% of the work should be completed. - Within the 3rd month, 40% of the work should be completed. - Within the 6th month, 70% of the work should be completed. - Within the 9th month, 100% of the work should be completed. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 538.12 Lakhs. The bidder should also have access to liquid assets or credit facilities of at least 10% of the contract value, which is Rs. 53.81 Lakhs.
