The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor in similar works, such as Highways road and/or Bridge works/Airport contract. The bidder should demonstrate experience in similar nature of work, including quantities such as: - Earthwork: 2829.70 m3 (or 1131.88 m3) - Gravel Soling, GSB: 216.00 m3 (or 86.40 m3) - WMM, CRM: 2031.40 m3 (or 812.56 m3) - Prime coat, Tack coat: 16310.30 m2 (or 6524.12 m2) - BM, DBM: 407.40 m3 (or 162.96 m3) - BC, SDBC: 246.80 m3 (or 98.72 m3) - CC, VCC, VRCC: 1221.90 m3 (or 488.76 m3) - Steel: 6.18 MT (or 2.47 MT) The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, over the last five years. There is also a mention of a bonus for advance completion of work, where any work completed in advance by not less than 10% of the agreement period can be considered, and a bonus of 1% on the value of actual quantum of works executed at the tendered rate may be paid.
