The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 189.92 Lakhs, over the last five years. 2. Successful completion of at least one contract as a prime contractor for Highway road and/or Bridge works / Airport contract with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is Rs. 189.92 Lakhs. 3. Completion of minimum quantities of works in any one year during the last five years, including: - Earth work: 2623 cum - GSB: 289 cum - WMM / WBM: 1595 cum - BM / DBM: 320 cum - BC: 192 cum - VCC / VRCC: 377 cum The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which translates to Rs. 75.97 Lakhs (40% of 189.92 Lakhs). The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 474.80 Lakhs. The bidder should also demonstrate access to liquid assets, including working capital, cash in hand, and/or credit facilities, of at least 10% of the contract applied for the construction, which is Rs. 47.48 Lakhs.
