The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of work, including a minimum quantity of works completed in any one year during the last five years. The required experience includes: * Earth work: 1389 cum * GSB: 135 cum * WMM / WBM: 630 cum * BM / DBM: 214 cum * BC/ SDBC/ CGPC / PCSC: 128 cum * CC / VCC / VRCC: 219 cum The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least Rs. 27.94 Lakhs in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 111.76 Lakhs, over the last five years. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract as a prime contractor for highway road and/or similar works, with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract value, which is Rs. 111.76 Lakhs, in any one year within the last five years. The bidder should demonstrate that they have access to or have available liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract applied for the construction. The bidder should have prior work experience in civil engineering construction, including road and bridge works. The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 75.00 Lakhs and above in Highways Department in Government of Tamil Nadu. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 279.40 Lakhs. The required percentage of similar works completed is 40% of the value of the contract applied for. The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs. 111.76 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. The bidder should demonstrate access to liquid assets, working capital, or credit facilities of Rs. 27.94 Lakhs.
