The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having suitably qualified personnel to fill specified positions and owning or having assured ownership of key items of equipment in full working order. For works valued up to Rs.2.00 Crore: One B.E Degree Holder (or) One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works. 2. For works valued above Rs.2.00 Crore upto Rs.10.00 Crore: One B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one-year experience in similar works and One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works. 3. For works valued above Rs.10.00 Crore upto Rs.50.00 Crore: One B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and Two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works. 4. For works valued above Rs.50.00 Crore upto Rs.100.00 Crore: Two B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and Four Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works. 5. For works valued above Rs.100.00 Crore upto Rs.200.00 Crore: Three B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and Six Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works. 6. For works valued above Rs.200.00 Crore: Four B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and Eight Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works. The bidder should have achieved average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, over the last five years, which is Rs.250.04 Lakhs. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract (Highway road and/or Bridge works / Airport contract) of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is Rs.250.04 Lakhs. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder should demonstrate experience in similar nature of work. The value of similar works completed is at least Rs. 75.00 Lakhs.
