The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering construction, specifically in fields such as highways and airfields. The bidder should have prior work experience in Civil Engineering Construction Business, including road and bridge works. The bidder should have completed works of similar size, nature, and complexity. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 185.44 Lakhs, over the last five years. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of similar nature (Highway road and/or Bridge works / Airport contract) with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract, which is Rs. 185.44 Lakhs, in any one year within the last five years. The experience in similar nature of work should also include the following minimum quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years: - Earth work: 3001 cum - GSB: 577 cum - WMM / WBM: 1447 cum - BM / DBM: 291 cum - BC/ SDBC/ CGPC / PCSC: 174 cum - CC / VCC / VRCC: 416 cum The bidder is required to provide information on their experience in using heavy earthmoving equipment, quality control in compaction of soils, mechanized granular pavement construction, construction of asphaltic overlays, and construction of bridge works. The bidder must have completed similar works, with a value of at least 40% of the whole works. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 463.60 Lakhs. The bidder should also demonstrate access to liquid assets (working capital, cash in hand) and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 46.36 Lakhs.
