The required prior work experience for the bidder is the construction of steel structural buildings. The bidder should have prior work experience in the Civil Engineering construction field for at least the past five years. They should have satisfactorily completed Structural steel roof building Work(s) (Steel Structural Buildings) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. The value of the work should be not less than 50% of the value put to tender, which is Rs 152.50 Lakhs. The bidder should also have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 100% (Rs 305.00 Lakhs) of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. The bidder needs to provide details of such work, including the type and nature of work, location, employer/owner, value of work as per agreement, agreement number, stipulated period of contract, date of commencement and completion of work, and quality of work done. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work with a value of not less than 50% of the value put to tender. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of not less than 50% of the value put to tender (Rs 152.50 Lakhs), and the annual minimum financial turnover should be not less than 100% (Rs 305.00 Lakhs) of the value put to tender.
