The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed water supply works of value not less than Rs.306.50 lakhs in a single agreement with 50% of BOQ value during any one of the last five years from 2018-19 to 2022-23 of Government / Government undertaking / Quasi Government organization. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual turnover of Rs.440.00 lakhs in any one of the last three financial years of all classes of civil engineering construction works only from 2020-21 to 2022-23. The bidder should also have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years, including details of works under way or contractually committed. The bidder should provide the total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years. The Project Manager should have not less than fifteen years of experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction works, specifically having executed and received payments for works of a similar nature over the last five years. The information to be filled in by the bidder includes total value of civil engineering construction works executed and payments received in the last five years, with specific values for each year from 2019-2020 to 2023-2024, and details of work performed as a prime contractor on works of a similar nature over the last five years. The percentage of similar works completed mentioned is 50% of the BOQ value. The amount of similar works completed is Rs.306.50 lakhs. The annual turnover amount is Rs.440.00 lakhs.
