The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in similar nature of works, with a total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the qualifying period. The bidder should provide details of works completed successfully during the qualifying period, including the quantity of work performed, name of the employer, and contract reference. The bidder should have completed similar contracts, satisfactorily and substantially completed, with a minimum value of either 2 (Two) similar works each value not less than INR 200.00 LAKHS or 1 (One) similar work value not less than INR 417 LAKHS. The bidder should also have executed a minimum quantity of work, including designing, constructing, commissioning, and O&M (minimum 2 years) of a Sewage Treatment Plant/ Effluent Treatment Plant with advanced technologies, preferably MBBR, of capacity not less than 3.00 MLD. Alternatively, the bidder should meet one of the following two criteria: I. Designed a Sewage Treatment Plant / Effluent Treatment Plant of any Technology of capacity not less than 2.0 MLD with O&M 2 years. II. Constructed and commissioned one sewage treatment plant / Effluent Treatment Plant with any technology of capacity not less than 2.0 MLD with O&M 2 years. The bidder should have a minimum annual construction turnover of INR 893.00 LAKHS for all 5 years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, financial turnover and cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 5% per year based on rupee value to bring them to 2022- 2023 price level.
