The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having constructed and commissioned a sewerage treatment plant up to one secondary stage or any water or wastewater treatment plant of capacity not less than 0.015 MLD. Additionally, the bidder should have supplied, erected, and commissioned at least one pump set of minimum 3 HP capacity during the last 5 years. The bidder should also have experience in works of similar nature and magnitude within a period of 5 years. The bidder is required to provide details of their experience, including the value of civil engineering work done in the past 5 years, average annual construction turnover, and commitment of works on hand. The bidder's experience in similar works will be considered, and the bidder is required to provide details of their experience in similar works. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work in a single contract in the last five years, with a value of at least 25% of the Value put to tender. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes: 1. Average Annual Turnover for the last five financial years: 50% of the Value put to tender. 2. Net worth: 10% of the Value put to tender. 3. Minimum cash flow required: 10% of the Value put to tender. 4. Minimum aggregate experience of pipe laying work during the last 5 years: 300 m. 5. Minimum experience of constructing and commissioning a sewerage treatment plant: at least one secondary stage/industrial waste water treatment plant of capacity not less than 0.015 MLD. 6. Minimum capacity of pump set: should have supplied, erected, and commissioned at least one pump set during the last 5 years, with a capacity of at least 3 HP. The value of sub-contracted work under any such sub-contract shall not exceed 15% of the contract value and total sub-contracted work shall not exceed 60% of the contract value. The contractor shall notify the Executive Engineer concerned in writing for objections, if any, about the sub-contractor that he proposes to appoint if the value of a sub-contract work exceeds 10% of the contract value.
