The bidder should have an average annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 50% of the value put to tender, under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking.
