The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least five years in the civil engineering construction field, specifically in road construction. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar BT Road Work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works of not less than 75% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years. The bidder should also have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 100% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding five years. The available bid capacity is calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid capacity = (A*N*1.5 - B), where A is the maximum value of engineering works executed in any one year, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. The bidder's experience is assessed through their "Assessed Available Bid capacity", and they should have prior work experience in the field of road construction, specifically BT Road Work(s), with a value of not less than 50% and 75% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years. The annual minimum financial turnover should be not less than 100% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding five years.
