The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in construction of civil works/road works. Specifically, the bidder should have: - Site Engineer: B.E Civil with not less than 10 years experience - Site Supervisors: Diploma (Civil) with not less than 5 years experience The bidder should have satisfactorily completed BT or BT Paver Block road and CC Road Work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. For BT Roads, the bidder should have experience in "Providing and laying 50mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam (50% of the estimated quantity)" and "Providing and laying Bitumen concrete to 30/40mm (50% of the estimated quantity)". The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as 50% of the estimated quantity for both "Providing and laying 50mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam" and "Providing and laying Bitumen concrete to 30/40mm". The bidder should have prior work experience in the Civil Engineering construction field for at least the past five years. They should also have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. The bidder should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender.
