The required prior work experience for the bidder includes at least 5 years of experience in Building works or Sewerage works field. They should have satisfactorily completed Building works or Park Development works of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding 5 years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. Additionally, key personnel requirements include a B.E Civil (or) equivalent degree holder with 5 years of experience, or not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officers, and Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience. The bidder must have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding five years. They must also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - Completion of at least 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement - Annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the value put to tender - Working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender - Minimum one third of the value of work to be completed by the end of the 4th month - The entire work to be completed by the end of the 12th month - Liquidated damages @ 0.1% of the unfinished value of work per day till completion if deadlines are not met.
