The required prior work experience for the bidder includes at least five years of experience in the Civil Engineering construction field. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed BT or BT and CC Road Work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. Additionally, the bidder should have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the Estimate Amount in a financial year in the preceding three years. The value and percentage of similar works completed should be at least 50% of the estimate amount in a financial year in the preceding three years. Alternative experience requirements include 5 years of experience for a B.E Civil (or) equivalent Degree holder, and 2 years of experience for a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering. Experience as a retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer) or a retired Junior Engineer is also considered. The bidder is required to provide details of BT (or) BT and CC Road Work(s), including the type and nature of work, location, name and designation of the employer/owner, value of work as per agreement, agreement number, stipulated period of contract, date of commencement and completion of work, and actual value of work executed as per final payment.
