The bidder is required to have prior work experience in Civil Engineering construction, specifically in works of a similar nature such as STP, ETP, Sewerage Collection System, and Sewage Pumping Stations. The bidder should have completed similar contracts, satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor, joint venture member, management contractor or subcontractor between 1st January 2018 and Bid submission deadline. The minimum value of a single agreement should be either of the following: 2 (Two) similar works each value not less than INR 200.00 LAKHS, or 1 (One) similar work value not less than INR 415 LAKHS. As an alternative, the bidder should meet one of the following two criteria, with the other having been fully met by the identified sub-contractors: Designed a Sewage Treatment Plant / Effluent Treatment Plant of any technology of a capacity not less than 1.0 MLD with O&M 2 years, or Constructed and commissioned one sewage treatment plant / Effluent Treatment Plant with any technology of a capacity not less than 1.0 MLD with O&M 2 years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are not explicitly mentioned.
