The bidder is required to have prior work experience in carrying out supply of manpower for solid waste management activities or other manpower services. The experience should be for a value of not less than 50% of the estimate value in one single assignment in any one year during the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar nature of work in a single assignment costing not less than the value of the estimate, with not less than 50% of the value in any one year of the preceding three years. The bidder should also have experience in carrying out supply of manpower for solid waste management activities or other manpower services under Swachh Bharat Mission for a value of not less than 50% of the value put to tender in one single assignment in any one year during the last 5 years. The annual financial turnover required is 100% of the estimate value in any one year of the last 5 financial years.
