The bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value), as a prime contractor or as a partner of JV for similar works during last five years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bids are invited. The similar works should be one of the following: i. three similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs.67.31 lakh each. ii. two similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 94.23 lakh each. iii. one similar completed work costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 134.61 lakh. The escalation factors to be used to bring the value of such completed works to the level of current financial year are: Year Before: One - 1.10, Two - 1.21, Three - 1.33, Four - 1.46, Five - 1.61.Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 67.31 lakh each, Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 94.23 lakh each, One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 134.61 lakh. Also, specific projects include: - Road maintenance: BILL NO. 1 with an amount of Rs. 10935393.94 - Road property maintenance: BILL NO. 2 with an amount of Rs. 4370810.85 - Pavement repairs: BILL NO.3 with an amount of Rs. 11615940.00 Total amount for these projects is Rs. 26922144.79. Minimum Average Annual Turnover is Rs. 269.22 lakh. Single work of Rs.134.61 lakh (minimum 50% of estimated cost of work), or Two similar works each of Rs.94.23 lakh (minimum 35% of estimated cost of work), or Three similar works each of Rs. 67.31 lakh (minimum 25% of estimated cost of work).
