Round the clock manning and operation of Stand by DG Set 62.5 KVA, Make Kirloskar with AMF panel at ATS to be operated on failure of Civil Electric Supply including maintaining the load acid storage type battery. Adherence of maintenance of DG Set as recommended by the manufacturer Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Annually all as directed and as specified by engaging following personels:- (i) FGM - 01No(for each shift of 08 Hrs) (ii) Mate FGM- 02 Nos(01 No each for 2nd & 3rd shift of 08 Hrs) Note :- Note: Diesel only will be issued by the department and Engine oil top up as recommended by the manufacturer shall be provided by the contractor. Repair/replacement of minor fittings like fan belt, hose, battery terminal clips distilled water, petroleum jelly, indication lamps, Fuse wire etc., shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer. 1. All plant running running log books shall be supplied and maintained by the contractor as per Engineer-In-Charge direction and requirment the cost shall be deemed to be qupted rates. 2. Record of pay and allowances of employees deployment shall prepaired and deposite to the department every month. 3. pay and allowances shall be made as per labour act of TN State. 4. Working uniform (blue colour) shirt and pant 02 pairs for each operator and helper and also stiched operator and helper name and disignation over on shirt pocket and leather shoe one pair helmet 01 nos each operator the rate shall be deemed in quoted rates. 5. Complete operatinal tool kit spanner sets, screwdriver, tester, hammer, adjestable spanner, grease with grease gun, helmet, first aid box 6. Operator shall have deploma/ ITI holder or minimum 5 years experience and educatinal certificate shall be deposite to the department before commencement of work. 7. The contractor shall make necessary arrangements in case of any emergancy and shall ensure smooth functioning of system without failure through out all the three shifts. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of this and no extra claim shall be admissible and the Accepting officer's decision in this regard will be final and binding.

Maintenance and repair of wall mounted gas chlorination plant including servicing/overhauling and repair with replacement of unserviceable spare parts/defective components of following capacity and make and attending every day during the period of contract to ensure that the chlorination plant is working satisfactorily of following type at the location as mentioned below all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for Item No. 19.01 & 19.02:- (i) The cost includes the replacement of minor spare part, Teflon tape, bolts, springs, rubber seal, washer, packing etc. (ii) The Major part required for replacement shall be provided by the department which are mentioned in Schedule `A' item No 22 to 30. (iii) The decision of Engineer-in-Charge whether the parts required is Major or Minor shall be final.

Taking out unserviceable suction sweeper brush unit and replace with new suction sweeper of size 700 mm long and 100mm wide with hard nylon bristles suitable to fix in existing suction sweeper all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparing surfaces of plastered wall surfaces and steel surface of man hole covers, ladders, plat form etc of under ground balancing water tank size 3.5mX8.5m including brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying two coats of lime wash on inner wall surfaces, colour wash on outer surface and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over one coat of primer over MS ladders, covers, angles, suction pipe etc including writing the capacity/date of clean etc and provision of Net Mesh over Air vent with proper clamps nut, bolts and washer as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II: OUTSOURCING OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION AND SWIMMING POOL AT INS KATTABOMMAN

Manning and operation of water supply distribution system valve controlling operation at 54 Leading Accn area, Main Transmitting station, Swimming pool, Static water tanks and NORA accn area by engaging following personels:- (i) Valve men - 02 Nos (01 No each per shift for Two shifts per day). Note: Repair/replacement of minor items like gland packing, Gaskets, Bolt nuts etc. and ensure no leakages at valves shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Taking down unserviceable PVC flexible suction pipe and replace with new flexible suction pipe / Hose ribbed type high density of following sizes as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- Make: Prince / Finolex with ISI Mark

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III: ((OUT SOURCING OF DG SETS AT RS(P))

Decanning/pumping out complete dirty/muddy water from closed under ground pool balancing water Tank of size 3.5m X 8.5m by using pump set, cleaning of walls, floor with hard nylon brush and applying bleaching powder once in three month including removing sludge/mud/dust/dirt etc, at a distance n.exc 50m as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Rate quoted by the tenderer is inclusive of marking date, month and year of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint.

Manning and Operation and maintenance of Swimming Pool pump house of INS Kattabomman including operation of alum dozer, soda ash dozer, liquid chlorinator, gas, chlorination plant, air scour unit and filtration plant in two shifts including holidays / Sundays:- (i) FGM – 02 Nos (01 No per shift for 02 shifts per day 6 am to 2 pm & 2 pm to 10 pm).

Supply only chlorine gas in 100 Kg capacity chlorine gas cylinder including testing of gas cylinder, complete all as specified. Note:- 1. Empty Chlorine gas cylinder shall be issued by the department. 2. Test certificate of authorised gas filling agency to be produced by the contractor.

Taking out unserviceable nylon rope and replace with new Nylon Rope 12.00 mm dia multi stranded for towing suction sweeper complete all specified and as directed.

Manning and operation of package type A/C plant 3 X 16.5 TR comprising of multi scroll compressor out door unit consisting of compressor condenser blower evaporator Air handling unit, supply and return air ducting and safety and control devices, electrical switch gear panel complete will all accessories to maintain 22 C + 3 C in side conditioned space at Tarangini Auditorium cum cinema hall for one shift all as directed and as specified by engaging following personels:- (i) Mate refrigeration mechanic - 01 No ( 9 Am to 5 PM) PM). However the timings of duty may be changed as per the requirement at site and as directed by Engineer in charge.Nothing extra will be paid on this account. Note: The technical details of package type A/C plant is enclosed as appendix 'A' to Sch 'A'. Repair/replacement of minor items required for package ac shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

(c) Secondary filter heavy duty

Supply only the following spare parts of wall mounted gas chlorination plant Make: “AQUA “ Chloro Services or equivalent.

Taking down unserviceable PVC sheathed cable and supply and lay new 4 core 1100volts grade heavy duty flexible cable with PVC insulated stranded copper conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed 2.5Sqmm nominal cross section. Maintenance of swimming pool and quality of water including cleaning inside the swimming pool with suction sweeper for removing sediments like sludge/mud/dust/dirt complete after adding specified chemicals/required quantity of water disinfection materials issued by the department a day before and after cleaning of swimming Pool of size 25.0 meter long, 13.50 meter wide having floor area 380 Sq mtr, and capacity approx 9,60,000 Ltrs two times in a week including cleaning of water cascade as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Brushing and cleaning of the bottom floor of swimming pool and side walls of swimming pool, once in a weak by using nylon brush with rod one day before suction sweeping of size 25.0 meter long 13.50 meter wide having floor area 380 Sq mtr and side walls area 168 Sq mtr and scum channel/steel ladders approx 75 RM all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Suction sweeping inside the swimming pool by using suction sweeper every day for a period of 2 hours all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Brushing and cleaning of inside/outside/bottom surfaces of Aeration Cascade once in a week by using nylon brush and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No 9 (a) to (c) :- 1. Necessary water treatment chemicals required for maintenance of swimming pool like soda ash, Alum, Chlorine, Sodium hypo chloride solution and copper Sulphate will be provided by the Department. 2.Quality of water shall be maintained as per IS specification and ensure swimming with out risk to health and life.
