M&L fro removing excavated soil not exc 50 m and depositing were directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour charges for spreading of riddled earth obtained from trenches for cable cushioning on top and bottom of cable as specified.for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Only punned thickness of riddled earth shall be measured)

Supply and lay bricks in trenches , common burnt clay building bricks, subclass `B’ designation 75, old size ,with width equal to the length of the brick; laid dry on edge vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 sq mm 4 core

M & L for removing existing outdoor termination kit and replacing it with indoor termination Cable Jointing Kit with rain skirts for 11 KV (Earthed) Grade cable, Heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE Armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 11kV Resin Cast Current Transformer Ratio: 50/5-5A ,VA/ Class: Core:1: 15VA / 0.5 , Core 2: 15VA / 5P10, STC: 18.4KA for 1 sec with secondary terminal on P1 side complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 11KV indoor Resin Cast Voltage Transformer. Single phase , Primary Volatage : 11000/√3 , Secondary Voltage : 110 /√3 Volt, VA:100, Class:0.5 , Insulation Class : B , complete all as specified and as directed

Labour Charges for 11KV VCB servicing including overhauling of all moving parts, Tripping latch and closing latch seating on tripping and closing shaft checking, Vacuum interrupter Travel checking,Vacuum interrupter Wipe out area checking, Tripping coil, closing coil, Spring charging motor functional check, Isolating contact weariness checking, VCB rack in/out functional checking, VCB Mechanical interlock function will be checked in both test, service position, VCB electrical wiring checking, VCB ON/OFF functional checks by both Manually/Electrically, Contact spring compression load checking, Megger value will be checked for VCB. (Megger shall be arranged by your scope), Auxiliary switch/Motor limit switch condition/functional check, General checking of all Mechanism parts such as Main cam, linkage assy, connecting pins, circlips, “E” clips, Split pins, spring dowel condition checking etc, and fixing charges for the meters , closing / tripping coil, announciator, vacuum interrupter, heater, TNC switch , Relays,Power pack , Black shoud, terminal pad finger contact along with necessary wiring to make VCB fully functional for Schneider Make VCB complete all as specified and as directed.
