Taking down old unserviceable Battery 12 Volts, 120 AH and replacement with new battery of same capacity for diesel Engine driven motor pump set including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Exide/ Amaron/ lumimious

Material and labour for maintenance and servicing of Diesel Engine driven pump set of capacity 44.1/60 KW/HP, 1800 RPM including checking for lubricants, filters, coolents, starters, complete by draining out the lubricant oil from the sump, open the top cover of the engine head complete, unscrewing of engine mounting such as exhaust manifold, Air cleaner, top cover of acquisetic enclosure, remove the cylinder head by unscrewing nuts, bolts washers etc. tappets valves etc. remove the dust, dirt from the main engine assembly. Check the serviceability of crank shaft assembly, Main bearing assembly, roller bearing assembly, cam shaft, fuel nozzles, piston head cleaning, O rings, piston rings, liner of bore, battery terminals, connecting cables, wiring etc. complete and replacement of U/S accessories. Sending the tapet valves to workshop for lathe work. Calibration of fuel injector pump assembly and changing the worn out/ unserviceable spares, re-assembling, testing on full load complete and checking of Pump impeller, bushing, shaft, gland packing, bearing if required replacement of spares, up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge for Diesel Engine and pump of capacity 60HP including painting of 2 coat synthatic enamel paint to Diesel Engine and pump complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge. Note:

M&L for dismantling of electric driven horizontal centrifugal pump of capacity 75.0 HP of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting from coupling, dismantling of pump, taking out old unserviceable all damaged parts impellers, glands, bearings, bushing, Shaft and making serviceable as pe satisfaction complete reinstallation of the motor and pump in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, including painting of 2 coat synthatic enamel paint to pump complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The cost of all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

S & F Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 250mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Yard hydrant Post / Stand Post 80mm Dia GI / MS both flanged type 1.5m Height including fixing in main MS pipe and check for leakage complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 but bore size of 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for checking of fire/ smoke detector by artificial means to check the serviceability of detectors of total 135 Nos quarterly complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.4 but bore size of 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F CP Hose 15 Mtr length, 63mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Sluice valve 150 mm PN- 1.6 both ends flanged heavy duty including packing materials, nut bolts washer etc and testing complete including taking out of old U/S non return valve all as apecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge size of 150 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out sluice valves refacing, regrinding and replacing spindel, gate and locking check nut including packing gland of sluice valve of size 250/200 mmdia bore complete all as specified and directed.

(a) The rate quoted deemed to include all materials required for checking by authorised dealer such as replacement of (i) Lub oil filtr (ii) Fuel filter (iii) All standard spare parts required to replace the U/S spares to make the engine serviceable in all respects.

S & F pressure Switch universal type as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & install Butterfly Valve conforming to IS complete of size 150mm dia including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination comply to/ certified to EN-45 with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F addressable type heat detector comply to/ certified to EN-45 with base with rate of rise cum fixed temperature as per IS: 2175 including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Cost of Lubricating oil, coolant oil etc. deemed to be included in the quoted rate and no extra payment will be paid to contractor in this regard.

Schedule of credit amount brought back from Ser Page No. 35 - Rs.38,535.00 will be deducted from the above quoted amount to derive the contract sum. SIGNATURE OF CONTRACTOR

S & F pressure gauge 4'' dial 0-14kg/cm² rating as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F addressable type smoke detector comply to/ certified to EN-45 Photoelectric/optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.4 but bore size of 65 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of electric driven horizontal centrifugal pump of capacity 12.5 HP (jockey pump) of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting from coupling, dismantling of pump, taking out old unserviceable all damaged parts impellers, glands, bearings, bushing, Shaft and making serviceable as pe satisfaction complete reinstallation of the motor and pump in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, including painting of 2 coat synthatic enamel paint to pump complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge. M & L in replacment of unserviceable flanged Bellow PN 1.6, 200 mm to 50 mm, EPDM rubber type, as per sample including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 M depth and getting out in Soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for servicing of Fire fighting panel by checking of incoming and outgoing control cable, checking of control supply, including repair/replacement of spere parts such as DP 40 A MCB, 230V TP 9A contactor, 24V 4C/O Relay hooters including all necessary accessories including other connected items to functional of panel board , lamp indicators ,meters, replacement of defective fuses , wiring and testing and serviceability check complete all as per the direction of Engineer in Charge and manufacturer instructions. Note : Amount of Spares for panel repair shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Supply and fixing non return valve PN- 1.6, CI 150 mm mm dia both ends flanged heavy duty including packing materials, nut bolts washer etc and testing complete including taking out of old U/S non return valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in incl spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of fire hydrant landing Valve Type A (single head outlet) of 63mm dia of size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling of electric driven horizontal induction motor (Jockey Pump) of capacity 9.3/12.5 KW/HP of any type and make, by engaging sufficient man power and suitable T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnecting of electric connections, dismantling of motor, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i. e. bearings, bush, thrust plate, thrust bearing, connector plate, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper (Class "F"), sealing compounds etc and reassembling the motor after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc. and repair to pump impellers, glands, bearings complete reinstallation of the motor and pump in original location, checking the alignment, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, including painting of 2 coat synthatic enamel paint to motor complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The cost of winding wire and all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at repair shop and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

M & L for cleaning of Diesel tank of capacity 900 ltrs by drying tank including drying and cleaning by Vaccume cleaner complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for checking of 4 Loop addressable fire alarm control panel for sevicing, calibrating, checking for operation, repairing for spare parts required complete up to satisfaction level including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Cost of spare parts deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.
